LWG has had an ongoing and very fruitful working relationship with IWG, a company that builds and administers a variety of co-working facilities around the world. A recent project under IWG’s Spaces brand was a key part of the King George Hub in Surrey, B.C., a mixed-use development that includes retail, office and residential properties. The Spaces facility provides a dynamic co-working option in this vibrant part of the greater Vancouver area, adjacent to the King George station transit hub.

LWG’s applied the Spaces design standards in a creative and dynamic way over four floors, resulting in an office ecosystem designed to meet the needs of the membership. This includes everything from a dynamic café to enclosed private spaces, meeting and conference facilities and more. This is one of many Spaces projects LWG has created across Canada.
