Project Overview

While LWG has had the opportunity to work with IWG on co-working projects across Canada, it was especially meaningful to work on a project in our own City! As part of the ongoing, dynamic Zibi development, our team was able to leverage the heritage elements of this existing building to great effect. In particular, the design highlights the original exposed brick walls wherever possible.

It was exciting for the LWG team to be able to create a key space in the mixed-used Zibi development, located at the historic Chaudiere falls, a key feature where Ontario and Quebec meet.
